HOW MUCH WILL MY ACERO HOME COST?

Our metre rate starts from $1800 a square metre, but depends on the finishes you choose and the amount of site groundworks required.

Can I build part of my home now and part in the future?  

Sure, if that's what you want. Knowing you want to extend in the future and designing for it now is a good idea to ensure the most cost effective extension at a latter date.  Our team of designers can factor in any variables they would need to, if they know up front what your plans are. 

Do you do both gable and mono-pitch roofs?

Yes, we can do gable and mono-pitch roof lines. 

Is the cost of design in addition to the build? Or if I choose one of your standard plans will there be any cost for design? 

If you choose one of our standard designs and make no amendments to it for your site, then there is no additional design costs. But if you require amendments to the plans there will be additional charges, which will be quoted prior to proceeding.  It is still a very cost effective way to design a home.
