Master Builders Guarantee*

Acero Homes offer a ten year Master Build Guarantee on all habitable buildings over $25,000 constructed by Acero Homes.

Where the Master Builders guarantee does not apply, the following guarantees apply:

25-Year Structural Guarantee**

Acero Homes offers a 25-Year Structural Guarantee, which guarantees all frame and trusses for 25 years.

5-Year Workmanship and Materials Guarantee**

Acero Homes provides a 5-Year Guarantee on all buildings we construct.

* Please be aware some of our distributors may still be qualifying for Registered Master Builders status, therefore the Master Build Guarantee will not apply. However, in this instance, the Acero Homes guarantee will apply.
