The Process

Stage one: Design

From the time you first contact us till the completion of your build our people will be there to assist you throughout the building process. This starts with selecting one of our distinctive and contemporary designs. Then we will work to modify this to your site where necessary and provide an estimate for the build of your new Acero Homes.  You'll be surprised at just how cost effective building an Acero Home can be. 

Stage two: Planning

Once we have your design ready to go and a contract signed we get the plans for your home and site drawn up and signed off by council.

Stage three: Construct

When we receive council sign off, we schedule the work so it runs as smoothly as possible, and the action begins! Any earthworks will commence and the build will start, getting us to lock up and fit out. Our team will work closely with you to keep you up to date and involved along the way.  

Stage four: Completion

Once complete, your new Acero Home will be ready for you to take over and a new chapter with your new home will begin.
